Farewell Ron Bass 1948-2017

Former pro wrestler Outlaw Ron Bass has passed away at the age of 68 due to burst appendix. He was one of the great heels in professional and had great rivalries with Hulk Hogan, Blackjack Mulligan, Barry Windham, Kendall Windham, and Dusty Rhodes in both NWA and Florida. He got to team up with fellow cowboy Stan Hansen in Japan. Then he went to WWE where he feuded with both Junkyard Dog and Brutus Beefcake. Bass retired in 1991 due to injuries sustained in his career and got a degree from Arkansas University. He worked in the construction business and was involved in a class action lawsuit against WWE. He came out of retirement to team up with Larry Zbyszco to defeat Barry Windham and Mike Rotundo. Bass has a film out that features he and Brian Blair that will be released next year. Ron Bass will be missed by the pro wrestling community worldwide.
