Star Wars Rebels – Visions and Voices review

Ezra has seen Force visions of Darth Maul that is causing him to lose focus and it all comes to a head when he, Kanan, and Sabine meet Darth Maul again. This was the result of Kanan severing their connection from earlier this season when he interfered in their ritual involving the Holocron. As they undergo another, we see what Darth Maul’s life was like and they summon the ghosts of the Nightsisters who possessed both Kanan and Sabine thus resulting in some interesting fights. There is tension between Ezra and Maul over a matter of what needs to be done as Ezra refuses to follow Maul’s idea of killing them. After freeing them they found out that Maul is after Obi-Wan Kenobi, who is alive on Tatooine looking after young Luke Skywalker but they don’t know what planet it is. I suspect that we may get Obi-Wan appearing in this season probably for an episode or two as the movies showed his fate. Sabine has picked up a weapon to use in future missions. Good midseason finale.
