Meanwhile there is conflict between father and daughter with Jefferson and Anissa over her illegal activities last week. Jefferson is dealing with one of his children gaining independence.
Tobias Whale is free once again addressing his people at a 100 Club and getting back at Black Lightning and Thunder. His status quo remains the same.
