Actress Sally Kellerman passed away at the age of 84 from complications of dementia. Her acting career spanned over 60 years and is best known as Hot Lips Houlihan in the MASH movie. She also appeared in many movies and television episodes before and after MASH, including the Outer Limits, Star Trek, Bonanza, Alfred Hitchcock’s Hour, Murder She Wrote, and 90210 among them.
Her film credits include Three For The Road with Charlie Sheen, Back To School, Moving Violations, and Meatballs III. She also got to host Saturday Night Live in 1981. In recent years she also appeared in Star Trek conventions for her role in the Star Trek pilot Where No Man Has Gone Before.
In 2013 Kellerman received the lifetime achievement award at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. Her contributions to show business is cemented. She is survived by three children and will be missed by all.
