Today marks 40 years on this very day that David Von Erich passed away at the age of 25 from an inflamed intestine. He was on a tour of Japan. David was scheduled to win the NWA World title from Ric Flair. It wasn’t to be and Kerry Von Erich would win it instead. David Von Erich is still missed since his passing and we can look back on what was and what could’ve been. His memory lives on to this very day.
