After Tobias finished off Khalil last week, Khalil is in the hospital and is dying as his mother and the Pierce family are at his side. Khalil wants Jefferson to either kill Tobias Whale or use the information against him as Jefferson refuses both leaving it to the system to do their work.
Reverend Holt was giving a sermon to the crowd until he had a heart attack as Jefferson and Inspector Henderson realize that Tobias wanted Holts clinic. Meanwhile, Anissa and Lynn have a heart-to-heart talk as I hope Jefferson will form the Outsiders team.
Khalil’s last dying wish is to have he and Jennifer danced in the prom, which happened in his dreams. With that, Khalil passes on with peace. Jennifer seems to have revenge on her mind and may do what Jefferson didn’t do – go after Tobias. Great episode overall.
